# Where are first aid, lost and found, the ATM and other services at the show?
First Aid, the ATM, the Show Office and lost and found are all in South Wing Lobby B at the Kentucky Exposition Center.
- First Aid is in South Wing Lobby B, next to the Show Office.
- If you lose something, go to the Show Office in South Wing Lobby B.
- If you are separated from your child, go to the Show Office in South Wing Lobby B right away.
- If something is stolen, report it at the Show Office in South Wing Lobby B.
- If you lose your badge, go to the North Wing with an ID that matches your badge. A reprint costs $30. See [where to pick up your badge](https://help.equipexposition.com/attendee-questions/badge-where).
- The ATM is in South Wing Lobby B.
- The Merchandise Store is in South Wing Lobby B.
- The OPEI (Outdoor Power Equipment Institute) Member Lounge is in South Wing Lobby B.
- Coat and bag check is in Hallway B during show hours.
- POD-ROW is in Hallway B, across from the keynote room (B103). Stop by to visit with industry podcasters.
- Media can find the Press Center in B110 and bring any press conference questions there.
- For hotel and restaurant information, visit the Louisville Tourism Counter in the North Wing Lobby.
- There is no free Wi-Fi for attendees at the show.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only, at least ten feet from building entrances.
- There is no personal paging during the show.
