# Exhibitors: How many staff and guest badges come with my booth?

Your booth earns 2 free staff badges and 2 free guest badges for every 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space.
**Staff badges** are for the people working your booth. Demonstration space counts toward your allotment, and extra staff badges are $30 each. Your main contact does not get a badge automatically. If that is you, register yourself too.
**Guest badges** are for the customers you invite. They do not count against your staff allotment, so a 2,000 sq. ft. booth earns 40 of each. Register your dealer customers as Dealer Guests and they get into the Dealer Preview, Wednesday, October 21, 9 a.m. to noon, before the floor opens to everyone. Unused guest badges expire when the show ends.
**When your guest badges run out,** share your own invite link from Dashboard \> Invite A Customer. Customers who register through it get 50% off, with no cap.
**Where to do it.** Log in to the [Exhibitor Dashboard](https://equipexpo26.exh.mapyourshow.com/7_0/main/login) and go to Registration.
- Choose Register an Individual, Import a List, or Last Year's Staff.
- For guests, choose Registration Type "Exhibitor Guest", then Admission Item "Dealer Guest" or "Landscape Professional Guest".
- The Allotments panel shows how many you have left.
