# How much does it cost to attend?
Badges are $60 through October 19, then $120 at the door during show week, October 20 to 23.
| When you register | Price per badge |
| --- | --- |
| Through May 31, 2026 (Super Early) | **$25** |
| June 1 to September 10 (Early Bird) | $30 |
| September 11 to October 19 (Advance) | $60 |
| Show week, October 20 to 23 (Onsite) | $120 |
One badge covers both Equip Exposition and Hardscape North America. You get **three days on the show floor**, Wednesday through Friday, plus Tuesday evening's Welcome Reception at Churchill Downs. There are no one-day passes. Your badge also includes most featured events and free parking at the Kentucky Exposition Center; see [what is included with your pass](https://help.equipexposition.com/faqs/included).
**Non-Exhibiting Vendors:** anyone with a manufacturer, vendor, or supplier that is not exhibiting pays $450 per badge, and that price does not change as the show gets closer. See [pricing by role](https://help.equipexposition.com/faqs/role-pricing).
