- Minimum Night Stay Hotels – A 2-night room and tax deposit will be charged by the hotel starting October 7, 2025.Reservations canceled starting September 22, 2025 will be charged $50.00 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled starting October 7, 2025 forfeit the 2-night deposit to the hotel.
- Non-Minimum Night Stay Hotels – Reservations canceled starting September 22, 2025 will be charged $50.00 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled starting October 7, 2025 forfeit one night's room and tax to the hotel
