How do exhibitors order badges for their booth?

Visit your Exhibitor Resource Center and click 'Order Equip Expo Exhibitor Badges'.

Exhibitors: Find detailed information in the Exhibitor Services Manual which is linked inside your Exhibitor Resource Center.

To order badges visit your exhibitor resource center by visiting equipexposition.com, hovering exhibitor, and clicking exhibitor resource center.

The primary contact for your exhibit contract has received an email confirmation with login credentials. Login and select the tile titled ‘Order Equip Expo Exhibitor Badges’.

If your login credentials are lost click 'forgot password' or contact our team at info@equipexposition.com. Only authorized contacts on the contract are eligible to receive login credentials. 

Badges for booth staff and exhibitors will only print if all fees and invoices have been paid in full prior to move-in. If you experience issues printing your badges, please visit the registration desk in the North Wing lobby of the Kentucky Exposition Center.
