Badges for Equip Exposition are not mailed, but you can quickly print them at the show. If you register early, you also save money! I've included below your options for badge pick-up.
Welcome Reception at Churchill Downs
Registered attendees can scan their email confirmation barcode to retrieve their badge at one of the many kiosks. Just bring your confirmation printed or on your phone. See Welcome Reception information.
Hotel and Airport Express Badge Pickup
Express badge pick-up is available at the airport and select hotels on Tuesday and Wednesday. Here are the places to go:
- Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport
- Galt House Hotel
- Louisville Marriott Downtown
- Omni Hotel
Express Badge Pick-up at the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC)
The Registration desk opens at 8:00 AM in the North Wing Lobby of the KEC on Wednesday - Friday for Attendees. Registration for badge pickup and onsite registration is open throughout normal show hours.
Lobbies A and B of the South Wing at the KEC have kiosks for pre-registered attendees. Scan your barcode and grab your badge.
