At Minimum Night Stay Hotels
- 2-night room and tax deposit will be charged by the hotel starting October 2, 2024.
- Reservations canceled starting September 18, 2024 will be charged $50.00 cancellation fee.
- Reservations canceled starting October 2, 2024 forfeit the 2-night deposit to the hotel.
At Non-Minimum Night Stay Hotels
- Reservations canceled starting September 18, 2024 will be charged $50.00 cancellation fee.
- Reservations canceled starting October 2, 2024 forfeit one night's room and tax to the hotel
CAUTION: Please be vigilant if approached by any other company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of EQUIP EXPO. The Equip Expo logo will be included on our housing site and all general communication materials. If you do not see the logo, they are not the official housing provider.
