What are the hotel shuttle routes and times?

Equip shuttles run between select hotels and the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC), and also serve the Welcome Reception at Churchill Downs and the Paristown Block Party.

Hotel shuttle hours: Wednesday, Oct 21 and Thursday, Oct 22 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday, Oct 23 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. At the KEC, shuttles depart from the West Wing.

Route 2: Seelbach Hotel, Embassy Suites DT, Hilton Garden Inn DT, Brown Hotel
Route 3: Four Points by Sheraton, Hilton Garden Inn AP
Route 4: Crowne Plaza, Courtyard Marriott AP
Route 5: Galt House Hotel, Omni Hotel
Route 6: Hampton Inn DT, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Springhill Suites, Louisville Marriott DT
Route 7: Cambria, Aloft, Moxy, Hotel Distil, Courtyard Marriott DT
Route 8 (Airport Shuttle, Friday only): 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. outside the North Wing

Event transportation:

Welcome Reception: Tuesday, 6:15 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Churchill Downs First Turn Club. Served by Routes 1 to 7.
Mulligan's 5K: Wednesday, 6:15 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the TurfMutt Great Lawn. Pickup at Crowne Plaza, Galt House Hotel, Louisville Marriott DT, Omni Hotel, and Hyatt.
