Equip shuttles run between select hotels and the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC), and also serve the Welcome Reception at Churchill Downs and the Paristown Block Party & Concert. Event shuttles are free.
Hotel shuttle hours:
- Wednesday, Oct 21: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, Oct 22: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, Oct 23: 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
At the KEC, shuttles depart from the West Wing.

- Route 3: Four Points by Sheraton, Hilton Garden Inn AP

- Route 6: Hampton Inn DT, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Springhill Suites, Louisville Marriott DT
- Route 7: Cambria, Aloft, Moxy, Hotel Distil, Courtyard Marriott DT
- Route 8 (Airport Shuttle, Friday only): 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. outside the North Wing
Event transportation:
- Welcome Reception: Tuesday, 6:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Churchill Downs First Turn Club, doors open at 6:30 p.m. Served by Routes 1 to 7. Route 7 loads at Aloft.
- Mulligan's 5K: Wednesday, 6:15 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the TurfMutt Great Lawn. Pickup at Crowne Plaza, Galt House Hotel, Louisville Marriott DT, Omni Hotel, and Hyatt.
- Paristown Block Party & Concert: Thursday at Paristown. Free shuttles run continuously from 6:15 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Routes 1 to 7, picking up at their usual hotels. The only KEC departure is at 6:15 p.m., following the Women's Leadership Reception.
