Equip shuttles run between select hotels and the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC), and also serve the Welcome Reception at Churchill Downs and the Paristown Block Party.
Hotel shuttle hours: Wednesday, Oct 21 and Thursday, Oct 22 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday, Oct 23 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. At the KEC, shuttles depart from the West Wing.

Event transportation:
- Welcome Reception: Tuesday, 6:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Churchill Downs First Turn Club, doors open at 6:30 p.m. Served by Routes 1 to 7. Route 7 loads at Aloft.
- Mulligan's 5K: Wednesday, 6:15 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the TurfMutt Great Lawn. Pickup at Crowne Plaza, Galt House Hotel, Louisville Marriott DT, Omni Hotel, and Hyatt.
- Closing Event (Paristown Block Party): Thursday, 6:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Paristown. Served by Routes 1 to 7, running continuously from 6:15 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Loading at Crowne Plaza and the KEC North Wing Front Porch.
